Jon Huppenthal

Jon Huppenthal has a strong background in hardware and technology leadership roles. Jon is currently serving as the Hardware CTO at SEMPRE, a secure 5G provider. Prior to that, they were the Founder, EVP, and CTO of DirectStream LLC, where they developed secure cloud-based reconfigurable server platforms. Jon also served as President and CEO of SRC Computers, where they played a key role in the design and manufacturing of reconfigurable FPGA-based systems. Jon has also worked at Apple Computer, Cray Research & Cray Computer, TRW Electronics Products, and Northrop Defense Systems Division, holding various engineering and management positions. Overall, Jon Huppenthal has extensive experience in hardware technology, computer systems, and leadership roles within the technology industry.

Jon Huppenthal attended Purdue University from 1975 to 1979, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
