Yerai de Paz García has a diverse range of work experience. Yerai is currently working at Semrush as an Affiliate Marketing Team Leader, starting in 2023. Before that, they worked at Tradedoubler from 2016 to 2023, holding various roles including Account Director, Senior International Account Manager, and Account Manager. Yerai also gained experience at Tradedoubler as a Client Development Executive and Client Support Executive. Yerai began their career at Tradedoubler as a Client Development Intern, where they acquired foundational marketing skills and was responsible for managing key client accounts. Prior to their time at Tradedoubler, Yerai worked briefly at THE MARQUIS OF WESTMINSTER LIMITED as a Waiter, focusing on providing high-quality customer service. Yerai also worked at Stonegate Pub Company Limited as a Waiter/Barman Team Leader, where they gained valuable experience in customer service and leadership. Earlier in their career, Yerai gained experience in the advertising industry as an Account Executive Intern at Contrapunto/BBDO, where they worked on coordinating and executing client briefs for popular brands such as Pepsi and Mercedes-Benz.

Yerai de Paz García obtained a Master's Degree in Neuromarketing y comportamiento del consumidor from Universidad Complutense de Madrid in the years 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos from 2010 to 2014. In August 2020, Yerai also obtained a Google Ads Search Certification from the Google Digital Academy (Skillshop).
