Peter joined The Greenalls Group plc in 1977 and became CEO in 1993, building the Company to an annual turnover of £983 million and a FTSE market capitalisation of £1.7 billion, and taking it into the FTSE 100. He is also Chairman of Nasstar plc, Haydock Racecourse Company Limited and Auriant Mining. Peter is also a Director of Credit Bank of Moscow. Peter was Chairman of Aintree Racecourse for 25 years, and rode in the Grand National in 1975. He has an MA in history from Cambridge University and a Sloan Fellowship from London Business School.
