Alex Santos

Alex Santos is a distinguished Professor Titular at SENAI CIMATEC, specializing in energy and thermal engineering. With extensive experience in academia and research, Alex has held various leadership roles, including Coordinator of the stricto sensu postgraduate program and Pro-Rector of Graduate Studies and Research, overseeing advanced training initiatives and research activities. Previous positions include Assistant Manager of utility systems at ABB Brasil and Project Engineer at Isotherm Engenharia Ltda. Alex holds a Doctorate in Energy and Environment from the Universidade Federal da Bahia, along with a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidade Federal da Bahia.
