André Oliveira

André Oliveira is an experienced professional in business development and strategic planning, currently serving as the Business Development and Planning Director at SENAI CIMATEC since June 2016, where responsibilities include the implementation of new campuses and strategic planning. André has a history of leadership roles, including Executive Manager positions focused on market mechanics, technological services, and product development in various sectors such as oil, gas, and materials. As a partner and Executive Director of Soll Distribuidora since 2001, André has been instrumental in establishing and managing the company's operations across multiple Brazilian states. Previous experience includes consultancy for the Salvador 500 strategic planning project at FIPE and teaching MBA courses in Business Management at Universidade Salvador. André’s career began at Shell Brasil Ltda., where significant achievements included leading supply chain innovations that resulted in substantial cost reductions. André holds an MBA, a PhD in Computer Modeling for Industrial Technology, a Master's in Energy, and a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
