Serena Houck

Serena Houck is a dedicated human resources professional with a solid background in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at KYOCERA SENCO Industrial Tools since October 2021, Serena has previously worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Workhorse Group Inc. and as a RIS Site Coordinator at Randstad. Early experience includes roles as a Food Runner at Primavista and a Human Resources Intern at FirstGroup America. Serena's educational background features a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Cincinnati, expected to be completed in April 2024, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership Human Resources from the same institution. Additional experience includes an internship with La Boutique Nostalgia, where Serena assisted in wedding planning and event setup.
