Mélissa Talbi

Head of Customer Happiness, Success & Support at Sencrop

Mélissa Talbi has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Mélissa began their career as a Chef de Projet Événementiel Jr at Wa-Wa Event // Association, where they were responsible for event planning and referencing contacts. In 2010, they moved to Little Organdi as an Assistante Achat / Chef de Produits. After that, they worked at La 4ème Dimension as an Assistante Chef de Projet Événementiel/ Chargée de Production, where they wrote pre-conceptions and referenced vendors. From 2012 to 2017, they were a Chef de Projet Relation Clients - Customer Success Manager at Kalicustomer, where they managed customer onboarding, project management, customer satisfaction surveys, and customer training. In 2021, they became a Family Success Manager at Ma pause parentale, where their role was to allow families to take a break and enjoy each other. Most recently, they joined Sencrop in 2022 as the Head of Customer Happiness, Success & Support.

Mélissa Talbi obtained their BTS in Commerce International from Lycée Gaston Berger between 2006 and 2008. Mélissa then went on to earn their Master 2 in Marketing et Communication from IAE de Lille between 2008 and 2011. Additionally, they obtained a certification in NPS® - Net Promoter Score from Satmetrix in November 2013.
