Ana Silvério Rodrigues

Ana Silvério Rodrigues is an experienced leader in customer support and management, currently serving as Chief Customer Officer and VP of Customer Support at Sendcloud since April 2022. Prior to this, Ana held various positions at Pipedrive from April 2017 to March 2022, including Global Head of Customer Support and Senior Manager of Customer Solutions. Earlier experience includes a role in Inside Sales at Morphing Portals and significant involvement with AIESEC in Portugal, where Ana managed exchange programs and led operations, achieving substantial growth in volunteer and professional internships. Ana holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Agronomy and Crop Science from the University of Lisbon, completed in 2015.
