Kelley Romanuski has extensive experience in various roles, including customer experience manager, supervisor, operations coordinator, venue and bar manager, camp director, dance teacher, choreographer, and sales associate. Kelley excels in creating effective policies and procedures, managing workflow and productivity, coaching and counseling staff, and cultivating team-oriented environments. With a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Muhlenberg College, Kelley brings a strong background in dance education and performance to all aspects of their work.
