Ian Sale

Ian Sale currently serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Sendero Wealth Management since October 2025. Prior to this role, Ian held various leadership positions at Victory Capital, including Chief Operating and Technology Officer and Chief Technology Officer, from March 2020 to October 2025. Ian's extensive experience in technology leadership includes serving as the Head of Technology at Bridgeway Capital Management, Chief Technology Officer at Rainier Investment Management, and VP of Information Technology at Gartmore Global Investments. Ian also operates as the owner of Seaway Consulting, providing strategic technology consulting services. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Arkansas Tech University, earned between 1991 and 1994.
