Donna Gerdes

Donna Gerdes, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various sectors. As the Director of Human Resources at Sendero since February 2014, Donna has been instrumental in empowering organizations to achieve significant results through effective management consulting services. Prior to this role, Donna served as a Senior HR Specialist at Insperity, providing comprehensive guidance on HR practices and leading training initiatives. Previous positions include Director of Human Resources at D. Anderson & Company and Human Resources Manager at Park Place Lexus, where management of recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration were key responsibilities. Donna also has a strong foundation in HR management from tenure at the Valley Economic Development Center, focusing on employee development and strategic planning. Donna holds a B.A. in Education from the University of Northern Iowa and has completed undergraduate studies in Education at the University of Iowa.
