Gisele Sampayo

Gisele Sampayo is an Associate Consultant at Sendero, a management consulting firm, since August 2023, focusing on enhancing organizational performance and implementing transformational strategies. As Co-Founder of SPLIT SHIRT since October 2020, Gisele launched a sustainable clothing brand that upcycles textiles into unique, gender-neutral apparel, gaining notable media recognition. Previous experience includes a Brand Management Marketing Intern position at Macy's, where Gisele contributed to customer experience enhancements, and a Marketing and Public Relations Intern role at Hunter, engaging with major clients like Vera Bradley and Victoria’s Secret PINK. Gisele also served as Treasurer for Kappa Kappa Gamma, managing budgets and financial communications. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
