Melody Mattox

Melody Mattox has a strong background in management and IT. Melody started their career at Andersen Consulting in 1991, where they held the position of Senior Manager until 2000. During their time at Andersen Consulting, they also served as an IT Director at TXU from 2000 to 2004. Following that, Melody joined Capgemini Energy as an IT Director from 2004 to 2005. In 2008, they joined Sendero as a Manager and worked their way up to the role of Senior Director of Talent Management, which they held until 2020. Currently, Melody is serving as the Chief People Officer at Sendero.

From 1987 to 1991, Melody Mattox attended Southern Methodist University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
