Enrico Calderon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Enrico started their career at GoPlay Manila in 2015, where they worked as an Event Staff/Organizer until 2020. In 2015, they also joined Breakout Philippines, initially serving as an Operations Supervisor before being promoted to Branch Manager and eventually becoming an Operations Manager. Enrico worked at Breakout Philippines until 2020. Most recently, Enrico joined Sendle in 2020 as a Customer Happiness Champion and later transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager in 2022.

Enrico Calderon obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Communication Arts from the University of Santo Tomas, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Enrico also has additional certifications in various subjects such as Teamwork Skills: Communicating Effectively in Groups, Disaster Preparedness, Managing the Company of the Future, and Inbound. These certifications were obtained from Coursera and HubSpot Academy in the months of May, June, and July 2020.
