Michelle Bautista, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michelle began their career in 2007 as a Customer Service Representative at Convergys Philippines Services Corporation before transitioning to SunPower Philippines Limited - ROHQ in 2009, where they served as a Customer Service Subject Matter Expert - Solar Advisor until 2012. In 2013, Michelle joined Calintz Party Supplies as a Manager, where they worked until 2015. Michelle then moved on to Ayachel Merchandise, where they held the position of Manager from 2005 to 2012. Currently, Michelle is employed at Sendle, where they have taken on various roles including Customer Happiness Champion, Account Manager, Junior Trainer, and their current position as Training & Content Specialist, starting in February 2022.

Michelle Bautista, MBA, obtained their Master's in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Colegio de San Juan de Letran Calamba, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Major in Meat Processing, from the University of the Philippines. Michelle attended the University from 2002 to 2006.
