With a strong background in software engineering, Phuong has successfully restructured legacy systems into micro-services architecture and implemented technologies that tripled system performance. Prior to Sendo.vn, Phuong held key positions at Tinhvan Consulting, FPT Software, and FPT Information System, where roles included managing development teams and contributing to HRM products and distribution management systems.
