Senior Director Of Global Customer Support at Sendoso

Jeff Deist's work experience begins in 1998 when they were drafted to join the Cleveland Crunch professional soccer team. 🎁 Jeff played for the team until 2001, during which they also coached youth teams, spoke at schools, and worked summer camps.

In 2001, Deist transitioned to a career in the insurance industry, working as an Insurance Agent for COUNTRY Financial in Phoenix, AZ. After a year, they moved on to become an Enrollment Counselor at the University of Phoenix in 2003.

Deist then joined Jobing.com in 2005, first as a Client Service Director and later as an Employment Marketing Consultant. 🎁 Jeff remained with the company until 2011.

From 2011 to 2015, Deist worked at PayPal in various roles. 🎁 Jeff started as a Credit Operations Senior Supervisor and later became the Credit Operations Email Communications Leader. In their final role at PayPal, they served as the PayPal Credit Senior Team Leader.

In 2015, Deist began working at Zenefits, first as a Client Support Manager for Workforce Management (WFM) and then as the Director of Operations Excellence. 🎁 Jeff was later promoted to the role of Director HR/Financial Products Client Support before becoming the Director Customer Care.

Deist's next role was at Sendoso, where they started as the Director of Customer Support in 2019 and was promoted to Senior Director of Global Customer Support in 2021. In this position, they oversaw customer support strategy, performance standards, and process improvement initiatives.

Most recently, in 2023, Deist joined Aimiable as a member of the Product Advisory Council.

Throughout their career, Deist has demonstrated a strong focus on customer support, operational efficiency, and leadership in various industries.

Jeff Deist attended two high schools, starting with Batavia High School from 1991 to 1993, where they pursued general studies. 🎁 Jeff then transferred to Normal Community High School, where they continued their general studies from 1993 to 1994. After completing high school, Jeff went on to study Mass Communication/Media Studies at Creighton University from 1994 to 1998, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained an ABM Certification: Foundations from Demandbase in May 2023.
