Katherine Curry has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Katherine is currently working as a Support Knowledge Base and Training Manager at Sendoso since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Hipcamp as a Support Program Manager from April 2021 to April 2022.

Before their roles in the tech industry, Katherine worked at Wyzant from September 2015 to April 2021. Katherine started as a Customer Support Representative and later moved up to become a Customer Support Specialist, Customer Support Team Manager, and finally a Customer Operations Project Manager. In these roles, they handled support requests, trained new employees, managed a team, and developed strategies and projects to achieve company goals.

Earlier in their career, Katherine worked as a Legal Assistant at Moore Strickland from September 2014 to February 2015. Katherine also gained experience as an Assistant Store Manager at DAVIDsTEA from October 2012 to September 2014 and as a Receptionist at ITG Transportation from September 2011 to June 2012.

Katherine Curry obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Katherine attended the university from 2006 to 2011. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Customer Service: Knowledge Management from LinkedIn in December 2022.
