Benoit Couture

Benoit Couture is an accomplished engineering and management professional with extensive experience across multiple companies and roles. Currently serving as the President of the Board of Directors at Seneca experts-conseils since April 2022 and concurrently as President at Recyclage Lithion since April 2018, Benoit contributes to the advancement of Lithium-ion battery recycling technology. Previously, Benoit was the founding President of Seneca experts-conseils from April 1997 to January 2022, focusing on engineering and project management for industrial investments. Benoit’s career includes significant positions such as Director of Engineering and Co-Founder at GCM Consultants inc., and Project Engineer roles at Genivel RGC Inc. and SNC-Lavalin. Benoit began the professional journey as a Junior Mechanical Engineer at Liboiron, Roy, Caron Inc. Benoit holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, obtained in 1988.
