Amy Engelman

Amy Engelman is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in retail management and municipal governance. Currently serving as a Sales Manager at Seneca Foods Corporation since April 2017, Engelman previously held a position on the City Council for the City of Independence, KY, from January 2017 to December 2022. Engelman's career at Remke Markets spanned several years, where roles included Director of Grocery, Frozen and Dairy from June 2011 to March 2017, and earlier, positions as Grocery Buyer and Store Manager from November 1989 to June 2011, with a focus on store management from 1993 to 2000. Engelman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Northern Kentucky University, earned between 1985 and 1990.
