Dustin Farberg

Dustin Farberg, PHR, serves as the Regional Director of Human Resources for Wisconsin and Illinois at Seneca Foods Corporation since March 2018. Prior to this role, Dustin held various human resources positions at The Bartolotta Restaurants, including Director of Human Resources and Sr. HR Business Manager & Corporate Recruiter, and at Wisconsin Hospitality Group as HR Manager & Corporate Recruiter. Dustin's experience also includes serving as HR Manager/Marketing Manager at UNO Restaurants, LLC, HR Manager & Faculty Recruiter at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Law Enforcement Officer in the State of Wisconsin. Dustin began a career in human resources at Charter Communications as a Human Resources Assistant and Marketing Assistant. Dustin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Concordia University-Wisconsin.
