Makenzie Nelson

Makenzie Nelson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical services and quality control, currently serving as the Director of Technical Services at Seneca Foods Corporation since May 2019. Notable accomplishments include leading significant updates to the can manufacturing quality system manual and initiating strategic preparations for a Food Safety audit aligned with British Retail Consortium standards. Previous roles include Senior Project Team Leader at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where research focused on optimizing 3D printed metal parts, and various leadership positions in student organizations, enhancing student engagement and mentorship within the engineering college.
