Thomas van Scoter

Thomas Van Scoter has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Director of Food and Beverage at Seneca Resorts & Casinos since August 2012. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of Seneca Cafe / Room Service Manager and GM Beverage & Outlets at Coronado Springs from December 2011 to August 2012. Thomas began a career at Seneca Resorts & Casinos in February 2006 as Beverage Manager, where responsibilities were held until December 2011. Education was completed at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
