Diane Shay

Diane Shay is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Quality at Iterative Health since January 2022, Diane has previously held similar leadership roles at EyePoint Pharmaceuticals and scPharmaceuticals Inc. Diane's extensive experience includes positions such as Sr. Director Quality at scPharmaceuticals Inc., Quality and Regulatory Head at SpringLeaf Therapeutics, and Director of Post Market Surveillance at Haemonetics. Diane's career began with roles in corporate quality and quality engineering at various organizations, including Accellent Inc. and Millipore. Diane holds a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and a Master's degree in Quality Systems Management from The National Graduate School of Quality Management.
