Madhavi Latha

Madhavi Latha is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, training and development, statutory compliance, and payroll management. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at SenecaGlobal since April 2022, Madhavi previously held a similar position at Gandour from August 2014 to March 2022, after starting as an HR Executive at Dhanalakshmi Automotives India Pvt Ltd from April 2012 to August 2014. Madhavi holds an MBA in Human Resource from RBVRR Women's College and a BSc in Microbiology, Genetics, and Chemistry from RRD Degree & PG College.
