Roger Foote

Roger Foote has a strong background in business development and account management. Roger is currently the Vice President of Business Development at Seneca Holdings since October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Business Development at Seneca Holdings from January 2022 to September 2022. Before joining Seneca Holdings, Roger worked at Akima, LLC as the Director of Business Development & Account Management from February 2016 to January 2022. Roger also held the role of Director of Business Development at Qivliq Federal Group, LLC (an Akima company) from January 2013 to January 2016. Roger's previous experience includes being the Director of Business Development at Akima Global Technology from June 2007 to January 2013. Roger has also held managerial positions at Vocollect Healthcare Systems, Inc. from 2006 to 2007, and Adherence Technologies Corp. from 2003 to 2006. Roger started their career as the Managing Director at The Washington Center from 1997 to 2001.

Roger Foote earned a BA in Government and Politics from George Mason University. Roger went on to pursue an MS in Management IS from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they completed in 2003. Later, they obtained an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2005.
