Gord Smith

Gord Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management consulting, sales, and marketing across various industries. Currently, Gord serves as the Managing Director at ALTA Consulting Canada, where the focus is on helping small to mid-sized organizations enhance revenue through effective sales and marketing strategies. Additionally, Gord holds the position of Practice Director for RAIN Group in Canada, overseeing all aspects of the practice, and serves as Principal Consultant at R40 Performance, providing coaching to SaaS companies. As a Professor at Seneca College, Gord teaches graduate-level marketing courses. Past roles include Vice President of Global Marketing at Hitachi Solutions, Partner at Ideaca Limited, Senior Manager at Deloitte, and various sales management positions at Siebel Systems and SAP. Gord holds an MBA in Strategic Planning from the University of Windsor and a BBA in Marketing from Wilfrid Laurier University.
