Nancy Naylor is a former Deputy Minister of Education in the Government of Ontario, having served from 2018 to 2023, and an Associate Deputy Minister in the Ontario Ministry of Health from 2014 to 2018. Currently, they are a board member at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO), Seneca Polytechnic, and The Dais at Toronto Metropolitan University, as well as a board member of the Ontario Hospital Association since 2024. Naylor is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at McMaster University and a Master's degree in Public Administration at Carleton University.
