Ansh Kaushik

Ansh Kaushik has a diverse background in technical recruitment, with experience in both agency and corporate settings. Ansh is currently employed as a Technical Recruiter at Seneca Resources, where they began in July 2022. Prior to that, Ansh worked as a Senior Recruiter at iPlace, starting in May 2022. From February 2021 to April 2022, they held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Associate at Cynet Systems Inc, where they were responsible for the entire recruitment cycle for IT professionals. Additionally, Ansh served as a Technical Recruiter at Head Field Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from June 2019 to February 2021, supporting account managers and finalizing pay rate formalities.

Ansh Kaushik completed their Bachelor of Computer Application degree in Computer Science from SHRI RAM GROUP OF COLLEGES, MUZAFFARNAGAR in 2015. Ansh then pursued a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from Lovely Professional University from 2015 to 2017.
