Paula Schunselaar

Paula Schunselaar has extensive experience in human resources management. Paula began their career in 1992 as a Vakbondsbestuurder and beleidsmedewerker at FNV KIEM, where they were responsible for implementing the organization's policies, negotiating social plans, and supporting reorganizations. Paula also provided legal assistance and guidance to individuals in labor-related matters and trained union and works council members. From 1999 to 2000, they worked as a P&O Adviseur at Organisatie & Adviesbureau PO&2.

In 2000, Paula became an HR Manager at Roto Smeets, where they led the HR department and served as a member of the management team and the HR Stuurgroep Roto Smeets Group. Paula'srole involved providing advisory, coaching, and decision-making support to HR consultants, HR employees, and department heads. Paula held this position until 2010.

From 2011 to 2016, Paula worked as an HR Manager at MPG.today, where they acted as a strategic partner for the company's executives, providing advice and guidance on HR matters. Paula also supported the general director in developing overall business policies and collaborated with business unit directors.

In 2016, Paula joined Senefelder Misset B.V. as the Divisie HR Manager Publishing Services. Paula held this position until 2019, when they transitioned to the role of HR Manager at Senefelder Misset Doetinchem BV.
