Katy Pethick

Katy Pethick is an experienced professional in the baking and pastry industry, currently serving as an Independent Distributor at SeneGence International since June 2017. Previous roles include working as a Pastry at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas from April 2016 to August 2019 and as Pastry Lead at Wolfgang Puck Catering between May 2014 and February 2016. Katy also held positions as Personal Assistant at THE JULIE FREEMAN AGENCY, LLC, and had several baking-related roles, including Baker at Polk-A-Dot Bakery and Cake Decorator at Soonja's Bakery. Education was completed at The Art Institute of Dallas, earning an Associate of Science in Baking and Pastry, and prior studies were conducted at the University of Central Oklahoma.
