Luis Fernandez

Luis Fernandez is an Estimating Engineer at SENER, with nearly two decades of experience beginning in August 2004. In this role, Luis specializes in investment cost estimations for various “Lump Sum Turn Key” projects, contributing to significant LNG terminals and refinery plants across multiple countries including Germany, Canada, Brazil, and India, among others. Prior to this position, Luis worked as a Proposals Engineer and Document Controller at SENER, and as a Consultor Publicidad Exterior at AD MEDIA 24 from January 2001 to December 2003. Luis holds a degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, earned between 1995 and 2000.
