Leiter Hotellerie at Senevita AG

Florian Meury currently serves as Leiter Hotellerie at Senevita AG since March 2023. Previously, Florian worked as an F&B Coach at Hotel Basel from October 2022 to February 2023 and held the position of Geschäftsführer at Restaurant Schützenhaus Basel from April 2022 to September 2022. Florian's experience also includes leadership roles at dandelion Basel as Leitung Hotellerie, Hauswirtschaft und Sicherheit from May 2020 to March 2022, and as Food & Beverage Manager at Hotel Basel from January 2014 to December 2019, where earlier positions included F&B-Assistent, Servicekraft, and Praktikant. Education includes attendance at Hotelfachschule Zürich (2014-2015) and Berufsfahschule Basel (2011-2012), achieving a Berufsmaturität in the Gewerbliche Richtung. Additional experience includes serving as Chef de Cuisine in the Schweizer Armee from July 2012 to August 2013 and completing an apprenticeship at Universitätsspital Basel from August 2009 to July 2011.
