Lara Reiher

Lara Reiher possesses extensive experience in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as Organisational Development Manager at Senex Energy since May 2016, having previously held positions as HR Manager and HR Business Partner Lead within the same company. Prior to Senex Energy, Lara worked as an Organisational Development Consultant at South Eastern Sydney Local Health District and as an Organisational Development Advisor at Mater Health Services. Academic contributions include roles as Research Assistant and Tutor at The University of Queensland, specializing in personnel assessment and industrial psychology.
