Prior to this role, Dilan worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Hint Kumaşı from April 2016 to January 2019 and as an Executive Research Consultant at Boyden from July 2013 to April 2016. With a background in human resources management and sociology, Dilan has experience in leading research projects, developing research models, and program editing. Dilan also holds a degree in Human Resources Management from Istanbul Technical University and is accredited in Executive and Career Coaching from Sola Unitas.
