Brittany Kinser, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Brittany began their career at Snohomish County Prosecutors Office in 2009 as a Victim Witness Advocate Intern. In 2010, they joined Everett Community College as a Human Resources Intern. Later that year, Brittany Kinser transitioned to Senior Aerospace AMT/Damar Aerosystems, where they have held multiple roles. Brittany started as an HR Generalist II in 2010 and worked their way up to HR Supervisor in 2017. From 2019 to 2023, they served as an HR Manager and is currently the Director of Human Resources. With a wealth of experience and professional accreditations, Brittany Kinser brings valuable expertise to their role.

Brittany Kinser, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Western Washington University from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned an Associates of Arts and Science DTA Degree from Everett Community College between 2006 and 2008. Brittany completed their secondary education at Arlington High School, receiving a High School Diploma from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, Brittany holds certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) obtained in 2014 from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and as a SHRM-CP from SHRM in 2015.
