Steve London has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Steve started their career at C&D Zodiac in 1997 as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they were involved in various tasks such as developing visual systems, value streams, and providing training. Steve worked in this role until 2011. Steve then joined Damar Aerosystems in 2011 and held multiple positions including Lean Manufacturing Practitioner, Value Stream Manager, and eventually becoming the Director of Operations in 2018. Steve worked at Damar Aerosystems until 2022. Currently, Steve works at Senior Aerospace AMT/Damar Aerosystems as the PNW Director Of Operations AMT & Damar Aerosystems, and they will assume the role of Director of Operations in 2023.

Steve London attended Selma University from 1996 to 1997, where they studied Early Childhood Education and Teaching. In 2003, they enrolled at Shorline Community College, completing a Certificate of Completion in Value Creation and Implementation in 2004. Steve also attended Edmonds College from 1997 to 1998, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General.
