Oniel Pacheco is a seasoned operations professional with over 17 years of experience in the aerospace industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Senior Aerospace SSP since June 2012, Oniel has progressed through various roles, including Operations Manager, Focus Factory Manager, Production Manager, and Production Supervisor. Prior to this, Oniel worked as a Production Scheduler at Modern Industries from October 2006 to May 2010 and held the position of Master Scheduler at Hayes Lemmerz International from 1999 to 2005. Oniel holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and studied Computer Science at Pasadena City College.
