Chris Eldridge

Chris Eldridge has extensive experience in management and human resources, currently serving as an Agent at Senior Benefit Services since September 2014. Prior to this role, Chris was a General Manager at Steak n Shake from September 2000 to September 2009, where responsibilities included overseeing operations, financial management, and strategic planning at a multi-million-dollar unit. Chris's background also includes working as a Human Resource Manager supporting multiple districts from 2005 to 2007, and serving as the Director of Finance and Administration for the City of Republic from September 1999 to 2000, supervising various municipal functions and human resource activities. Earlier experience includes an internship at the City of Springfield’s Solid Waste Management Division and serving as a Residential Assistant while studying at Missouri State University, where Chris earned two Bachelor of Science degrees in Political Science and Public Administration, building on an Associate of Arts degree in History from Jefferson Community College.
