Jim Montez

Jim Montez possesses extensive experience in the real estate sector, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently, Jim serves at Transwestern since February 2018 and has held a position on the Board of Directors at Senior Care Communities since May 2015. Previously, Jim was a Senior Director at Cushman Wakefield from October 2001 to January 2018, with additional roles at Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq and Community Housing Corporation Of America. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President at NorthMarq and as a Senior Associate at United Properties and Grubb & Ellis. Jim completed studies at the University of Minnesota (1984-1988) and the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire (1983-1984).
