Ryan Murphy

Ryan Murphy is an experienced professional in organizational development and healthcare, currently serving as the Organizational Development Manager and Business Partner at Senior Care Partners P.A.C.E. since December 2011. In this role, Ryan collaborates with healthcare teams to enhance care delivery for older adults, acting as a coach, trainer, and internal consultant to help leaders and teams reach their full potential. Prior to this, Ryan held various roles at Rehab Associates from March 2006 to December 2010, including Organizational Development Specialist, Associate Center Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, and Physical Therapist Assistant. Ryan's career began in the US Army as a Field Artillery member from September 1999 to September 2002. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Development & Leadership from Spring Arbor University and an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy from Kellogg Community College.
