Cameron Coulter, MHA, is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in care coordination and program management within aging services and home health industries. Currently serving as a Care Coordinator at Senior Connections, The Capital Area Agency on Aging since June 2015, Cameron assesses client needs and implements service plans while evaluating available programs and services. Previous roles include Resident Services Manager at Peabody Resident Services, Inc., Program Manager at International Health Solutions, Inc., and Scheduling Coordinator at Synergy Home Health Care, Inc., where Cameron achieved significant increases in billable hours and successful program expansions.
