Carrie Matherne

Carrie Matherne, RN, is a highly experienced healthcare professional with an extensive background in nursing and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and NorthShore Regional Administrator at Synergy Home Care since June 2012, Carrie has demonstrated leadership skills and expertise in home care services. Prior to this role, Carrie held the position of Director of Nursing at both Excel Home Health Services and Vital Link A Home Care Company, contributing to high-quality patient care from December 2002 to May 2012. Carrie holds a degree as a Legal Nurse Consultant from Kaplan University and has completed a Registered Nursing program at Waubonsee Community College.
