Therese Richards

Therese Richards has a diverse work experience, spanning various roles and companies. Therese started out at Bank of America in 2007 and worked as a Relationship Manager for 10 years. In this role, they focused on deepening client relationships, providing financial solutions, and driving performance through coaching and team calibrations. Therese then joined the World Financial Group as an Associate in 2018, before moving on to Dynasty Legacy Group as an Agency Owner/Recruiter in 2019. In 2020, they founded their own agency, Wadadli Legacy Group, and became an Agency Owner. Therese also joined Senior Life Insurance Company as a Regional Sales Director in the same year. Overall, Therese has demonstrated a strong background in sales, relationship management, and leadership.

Therese Richards earned their Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Cumberland County College between the years 2003 and 2005. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management at Monroe College from 2014 to 2018.
