Zack Phillips

Zack Phillips started as an agent at Senior Life in 2008 just one week after turning 18 years old. Since that time he has worked in many capacities from File Room Attendant to Claims Analyst. While working full time for Senior Life he completed his Business Management Degree and also earned his Associates of Customer Service and Associates of Life Management Institute Designations from LOMA. He’s held numerous roles through his time at Senior Life including Policy Holder and Agent Support Supervisor, Workflow and Quality Assurance, Director of Claims, Vice President of Operations and Director of Employee Sales. As a current Vice President of Sales, he is focusing on the Senior Life vision of being the number one final expense company in the nation through recruiting and production by growing and building a footprint in the central part of the United States. Zach’s career is a true testament to Senior Life’s mission of helping people and building leaders.
