Anthony Evans

Anthony Evans is a Member at Large at SENIOR RESOURCE CONNECTION. Anthony was previously the Chief Operating Officer- Senior Living at National Church Residences from June 2017 to May 2019.

National Church Residences is one of the largest providers of affordable senior housing and integrated health services in the U.S., with facilities in 26 states and Puerto Rico. As the Chief Operating Officer- Senior Living, Anthony set and implemented the strategic direction for all Senior Living health care operations in multiple states, including CCRCs, skilled nursing facilities, independent living, assisted living and memory care communities, free standing adult day care facilities, residential waiver programs, transportation fleet services, rehabilitation services, and home and community-based services including service coordination, care management and multiple MCR certified home health care and hospice agencies. Anthony was also responsible for the development of payor/risk strategies, population health programs, overall growth and occupancy, regulatory compliance, sales and marketing, mergers/acquisitions, and the design, planning and construction of new health care facilities and technologies in all markets. Anthony oversaw a total workforce of >1,600 employees.

Anthony Evans has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University and is currently working as a registered nurse in the emergency medical services field.
