Rob Henderson

Rob Henderson has a diverse work experience in the senior living industry. Rob started their career as a Skilled Nursing Administrator at Fountain View, Inc. in 1998. Rob then joined Sunrise Senior Living in 2002, where they served as an Executive Director and later as a Regional Director of Operations. In 2012, they moved to MBK Senior Living, where they held the positions of Regional Director of Operations and Vice President of Operations. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Westmont Living, Inc. Currently, they are the Vice President of Operations at Senior Resource Group.

Rob Henderson attended San Diego State University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice. In terms of additional certifications, they have been certified as a Director of Assisted Living by Argentum in 2018. Rob also holds a certification as an RCFE Administrator from the California Department of Social Services, although the specific date of this certification is not provided.
