Cynthia Andrews

Cynthia Andrews is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program management, marketing, communications, and community engagement, currently serving as the Innovation Initiatives Program Manager at North Sound Accountable Community of Health since June 2023 and as a Housing Commissioner for the Everett Housing Authority since December 2022.
