Rose Cooper has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Food and Beverage Director at Senior Star Living since February 1994, where responsibilities include overseeing the Food and Beverage Department. Prior to this role, Rose Cooper held the position of Dietary Supervisor at Marriott International from September 1982 to December 1993, and also served as the Assistant Executive Director during that time.
