Jenn Howard

Jenn Howard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jenn started their career as a Teen Counselor at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they created programs and therapy groups for teenagers and provided counseling for abused teens. Jenn then worked as a Receptionist at Hair East Salon, where they managed the front desk and maintained salon organization.

Jenn then transitioned into the mental health field, working as a Mental Health Counselor at ServiceNet Inc. and The Edinburg Center. In these roles, Jenn implemented treatment plans, supported clients in their daily living, and provided crisis intervention. Jenn also served as a Clinical Supervisor at The Edinburg Center, where they supervised staff and facilitated the day treatment program.

Jenn also gained healthcare experience as an Emergency Dept. Technician at Brockton Hospital, where they assisted with patient care, performed vital sign assessments, and assisted with orthopedic procedures. Jenn then worked as an RN for Pediatria Healthcare for Kids, providing direct care and services for patients in home care settings.

Most recently, Jenn worked as a Clinical Manager at Epic Health Services, Inc. and is currently employed as a Nurse Care Manager at Senior Whole Health.

Jenn Howard has a diverse education history. Jenn first attended Wilbraham & Monson Academy from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a high school diploma. Jenn then pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2003 to 2007. Following this, from 2010 to 2012, they attended Quincy College, where they earned an Associates in Science degree in Nursing. Continuing their education in the field of nursing, they enrolled at Umass Amherst from 2013 to 2014 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Jenn Howard has also obtained the Registered Nurse certification from the Massachusetts Board of Nursing in June 2012.
